To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), iPhone Mobile Repair is not liable for any loss, alteration, or corruption of data that may occur during the repair process.
This disclaimer does not affect your rights in relation to the device itself if the repair is not carried out with due care and skill, or if the goods or services fail to comply with consumer guarantees under the ACL.
